California Proposition 65 Statement

California Proposition 65 Statement

Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, lists chemicals known to the State of California to cause harm. There are currently over 900 chemicals listed. Proposition 65 requires companies to give a "clear and reasonable warning to California consumers before exposing them to any of these chemicals.
Many of Southern Plus products are free of chemicals currently targeted by Prop65. For products that contain a chemical listed on the Prop 65 list above the safe harbor level, it will be noted that a warning label is required on the product page of our website. For those products shipping to California, or upon request, Southern Plus will ensure that the shipping carton is marked with the appropriate Prop65 warning as shown below. Customers can also request that individual products be labeled (additional charges apply).
